No, quantusRT-OCT is designed to work only with images in TIF or BMP format.

Download the image from the device to a USB disk or to a drive on the hard disk of the computer with which you access the quantusRT-OCT platform..

An image in TIF or BMP format captured through a tomograph is required.

Log in to the quantusRT-OCT website and follow the steps below:

First click on the login button in the top right corner

Then enter your account information and click the ENTER button. If you do not have these login details please contact quantusRT-OCT customer service via email at support@quantusrt-oct.org or by clicking on the Leave a Message tab.

It may happen that when you try to access the application the following message is displayed in red

Incorrect username/password. Please try again

Make sure you have entered your username and password correctly. Remember that there cannot be any blank spaces after the username.

If you are sure that you have entered your username correctly, then the problem may be with your password. If you want, you can generate a new one by following the steps outlined in the question "how can I retrieve my password?"

If you are still having problems with access, please contact quantusRT-OCT customer service via the email address support@quantusrt-oct.org indicating the name of the hospital, clinic or practice you work for.

1. Go to the website quantusRT-OCT. Click on the green "Login" button

2. Click on the link "You have forgotten your password" and enter your email. If the email is registered in the system, you will receive an email.

3. Go to your email account and open the email with the subject "Request to change password"

4. Click on the link in the email and in the form that appears, enter a new password twice and click the Send button. Remember that it must be at least 8 characters long.

The error is displayed next to the images that have not been uploaded correctly. This may be due to:

  • It is not a TIF or BPM file
  • It is not an image, e.g. it is a video
  • Upload error
  • The name of some of the files is not correct

If there has been an upload error and you have verified that the image is in the correct format, try uploading again and if the problem persists contact us by emailing support@quantusrt-oct.org

quantusRT-OCT is not able to automatically detect if the acquired image is correct, it is the user's responsibility to use the application correctly, for more information about image acquisition you can consult the image acquisition guide.

Keep in mind that the result should be used as complementary information to other tests in order to make a clinical decision; the result alone does not provide sufficient information to diagnose and make decisions about the patient.

To consult your report, once you have received the notification email, you can do two things:

1. Click on the link in the email that will allow you to consult the result report directly (you can only consult it twice or within 48 hours of receiving the email).

2. Log in to your quantusRT-OCT account and click "ANALYSIS" button, then search for the specific analysis and in the PDF column you will have the report available.

To log in to your Doctor's account, go to www.quantusRT-OCT.org , click on the green "Login" button and enter your credentials to access the application.

In case you have forgotten any access data, read the following articles: if you do not remember your username or this one if you do not remember your password.

First log in with your standard user account and follow the steps indicated in the following images.

1. Click on the Upload image button, and then on the add files button.

2. Fill in the patient's data.

3. Click on the Continue button and close the dialog box that is displayed..

4. Click on the thumbnail to preview the image.

5. Click on the button of the Analyze column and finally on the Analyze button.

6. The sample has been sent for analysis
